After 30 days and up to 60 days, we will offer only a store credit for returns. Credit will appear back in your account within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

Send all items back with the packing slip and use the return label provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We'd love to exchange items for you because we want you to find the best possible bra that works for you! If a bra doesn't fit quite right, feel free to exchange it for a different size or style.

Just send the item back with the packing slip, using the return label provided. Make a note on the form about why you are exchanging/returning the item. We'll ship out the new item within 2 days of receiving the items. All new items will be shipped out with free shipping.

We will credit your card for the return item and then charge you for the exchange item when we ship it out.
